Yep 884 is the one I saw, in the Garber facility, along with Do 335, Ar 234, Me 410, Go 229, and many more. A great place for a Luftwaffe nut.

Considering the U1, it looks like the F-8/R1 would be
the choice. Yank the cowl guns and outer guns from the A-8, install a blown hood, paint it up like 884, and give us the the standard F-8 loadouts plus the option of using the U1 stuff. And don't forget that the F-8 is the plane that was used for all the late-war anti-tank rocket goodies. You couldn't ask for more in a 190 Jabo.
The nice part about 884 is that all the research on the paint job was already done by the Smithsonian, there are a lot of pictures of it in print, and the aircraft is accessible to the public.
A good book on the topic is "Focke-Wulf Fw 190: Workhorse of the Luftwaffe" by Jay P. Spenser. This is a book from the Smithsonian which has a lot of info about the 190 in general, Schlacht units, and career and restoration of 884.
