as for the bike issue, I also ride and I know what a pain it can be getting something loose that my "buddy" has tightened  once I even had to call him over to loosen a bolt he had tighted  .
that being said, its better to have a nut thats a biotch to get off for your seat than to have it loosen and fall off while your cruising at 70+mph (something like 140khm where u are?)

Swoop's in the UK - a country whose governments have somehow contrived to take over 30 years to complete the conversion from imperial to metric measurements.

Currently, distance and speed are still measured in miles  / mph in the UK, despite no schoolchild being (officially) taught what a mile, yard, foot or inch is in over 30 years.
