None of "us" have EVER used a spanner before   :noid

And a torch couldn't possibly be a flashlight, could it?  Or the bonnet be the same as the hood of a car?

But I know when to turn off my headlamp  :aok

Glad the bike works, Swoop.  So long and thanks for all the fish.   :aok

Thnks for the pic swoop...you da man!

as for the bike issue, I also ride and I know what a pain it can be getting something loose that my "buddy" has tightened  :furious once I even had to call him over to loosen a bolt he had tighted  :uhoh.
that being said, its better to have a nut thats a biotch to get off for your seat than to have it loosen and fall off while your cruising at 70+mph (something like 140khm where u are?)

be safe bud
keep the sunny side up and the rubber side down
Crap now I gotta redo my cool sig.....crap!!! I cant remeber how to do it all !!!!!

Swoop's in the UK - a country whose governments have somehow contrived to take over 30 years to complete the conversion from imperial to metric measurements.

Currently, distance and speed are still measured in miles  / mph in the UK, despite no schoolchild being (officially) taught what a mile, yard, foot or inch is in over 30 years.

yeah and some of us object to that.

I'd still like old money rather than this decimalized rubbish.

Pounds, shillings and pence mate!  I want every foreigner who sets foot in this country to have NO IDEA how much they spent.   Pint of beer guv?  That'll be 2 pound, 4 and 6 and a farthing for the bar maid.

Pfft, not unless the bar maid is the above-pictured babe and she delivers it to my front door, and I'm not paying for it unless it's ice cold!

For that service the price would no longer be £2, 4 and 6.  We're talking more like 20 guineas, 19 and 6 for a normal delivery or 200 guineas for the babe above.  And a tip in the region of a tanner.
And you've still got no idea how much you just spent.

At least his interest in this thread means he's probably not orientated like that "24" character.  ;)
