P51D Flaps Question.

I have been flying a 51D more often and when i rope someone and start to stall out around 100 mph the flaps wont come out? I have to be bout 120-130 for the irst set to deploy. Glitch, This happen to you?

I don't usually fly P-51 these days, but used to fly it alot thought. Never happened, always worked fine.

The first notch is visible, but only just barely. You can feel the effects, though.

There is a flap meter on the instrument panel. You see it move, it means the flaps have moved too.
