Heck if Im bored , I'll switch  afew minutes or so and fight my own squad. But its in fun, not disdain. On that note if 6 110s cant kill 1 WW in a town. Well up again  and eggem. Seen the 110 crew  before get taken out by 1 Sherman. :rofl

The OP was the only one to show up to stop your NOE base capture raid and didn't tell anyone else about it? He stopped it with just one Wirblet? So it was 6 110s against 1 WW and you couldn't turret him? He did you a favor by showing up. Otherwise there would have been no resistance at all and what fun is that?

Maybe the end does sometimes justify the means.  :D

If a player WAS NOT being abusive on comms, then you are wrong to organize a dot report on that player.  PERIOD, END OF STORY.

Agreed.

Still, it's been interesting to see the fuss people make when an unopposed raid suddenly becomes opposed - by whomever and for whatever reason.  Sad times.

Let's assume the worst: is it even against the rules of the game to spy or switch sides once a raid is under way?  If not, then everyone who did a .report should have their own accounts muted.

I'm a little confused here. Lay aside the whole question of who knew what when, and instead look at what apparently actually happened.

In short, ONE GUY in an osti stopped an ENTIRE SQUAD that was flying premier ground attack aircraft?

It seems to me that it would be unwise to whine about the unfairness of it all, spying or no. I mean, why didn't one of the NOE guys just kill the stupid osti?

IMHO the .report command was abused in this instance, assuming we know all the facts.

However, this Count fellow is a complete tool for his actions.

Just to be very clear to those who are under the false impression that there is a justified reason to use dot report other than someone using the radio for abusive or unacceptable communications...

If a player WAS NOT being abusive on comms, then you are wrong to organize a dot report on that player.  PERIOD, END OF STORY.

If after review the dot report was found to be used abusively, then the abusers will lose their vox/text instead.

I am quoting this to save myself some time as it is spot on.

The only thing to add is bringing it to the bulletin board is not the way to deal with it.  If believe you have been a victim of abuse of the .report facility, then contact support@hitechcreations.com.
