Looking for Squad
« on: April 14, 2009, 09:43:56 AM »
<S> Everyone,

Just wondering if there are any squads looking for some new recruits. I'm 18 and have been playing for 10 months so I'm no noobie squeaker. I'm looking for more of a laid back fighter based squad. I fly 109s and 190s a lot, so a squad that has some good LW sticks is preferred since I'm always looking to learn some new tricks. Also you can find me flying usually anywhere from 6pm to 3am EST.

You can check out us Cobras. We are about as laid back as you can get for a fighters squad. We are based off a real group that flew P40,P39, P38, P47, and the P51 in the pacific, but there is no "rule" saying you must fly them only.... we have one guy we can't get out of the KI  :D

We fly Rook most of the time, check it out!

we are a really laid back squadron. we don't only Fly but we have folks that like to do it all. we do have a few fighter jocks. check us out if you like at our website www.173rdguardianangels.info we are currently with the rooks but switch back to the knights next month. Salute best advise i can give you is try the squad you pick first don't just jump into it. that way there is no hard feelings if things don't go well. most squads are willing to let you wing with them and that's as smart as it can get  :salute

I want to thank everyone for the squad invitations, I have been recruited into JG2 so for the time being I am in a squad with a great group of players <S>.

If you change your mind or something doesn't work out.

Stop by the 79th Fighter Group. Our host fighter is the P47.

But we do fly and drive everything.
