Found out my next door neighbor growing up was the daughter of a mob boss out of Paramus NJ. Last name was Tancreti (sp?). She was in her 50s when I was 6 years old. Google doesn't seem to come up with anything. Anyone been alive long enough to have the name ring a bell?
