Man, that just choked me up.  I can't even tell you the feeling of returning home.  As among the first into Iraq, we all came home together.  Let me tell you, a homecoming for a battalion, with all the families & such there, in indescribable.  Made it all worth it.

I got to see that commercial before it came out. My wife works for Budweiser. I told here then it was the best commercial I have ever seen.

its great just wish those who served in viet nam were treated the same way.Its a shame how this country forgot those who sereved and died for thier country in Viet Nam. to those of you who lost family and friends in viet Nam SAlute and they sre not forgoten by all :salute

I was gonna say basically the same.I am a vet from that time period.You didnt want to wear your uniform when you came into san fransisco.Alot of guys died an were messed up in that conflict only to be shunned by the people they were putiing thier butt on the line for.I am so glad to see these young people getting the support they need.JUst a thank you means alot
been there destroyed that

you guys must be very lucky to be in coutry wich ofers respeckt to his soldires like this, in germany nobody cares about the soldires and what happens to them, for a lot of people, soldires are only war lovers and big a... wich live in the old days bevor 1945....:-(.

Always gives me goosebumps when I see that commercial. They tottaly deserve it, and I know what they feel when their over there.

It's just too bad that some people don't treat them like that.
