He was jumping in on one of AoM's informal 1v1 nights a month or two ago.
Wouldn't respond to any request. Wouldn't even respond when we invited him to fight with us.
It came down to me de-acking and vultching him for 30minutes while everyone else was able to fight.

Grizz is correct in his reply.  The best thing to do in the DA is just squelch idiots like KillerG and move on.  Why waste time on an idiot when you can spend that time having fun instead?
