You and the rest are not alone at all.

The runway 37 was my favorite one of the bunch too, and to my friends who were in the mood for jokes this weekend (but clueless to aviation) I had to explain the runway 37 = 370 degrees thing.  Was a great joke though for those who understood it off the bat.  And a decent one for those who needed to be briefly educated.

in aviation a north heading is expressed as 360.  Not 0.  Runways facing due north are labelled 36.  No such thing as a runway zero, or being told to turn to a heading of 0.  lol
