FedEx

Is there a number that I can call and give them the address where my order is being shipped to, to see where the heck it is? Didn't get a tracking number as a friend sent it to me.

Without a tracking number they can't find your package.  They are not tracked or routed by name or address.  Zip code until they get to the proper hub and then the correct courier delivers it based on address.

The only time name or address comes up otherwise is if they can't find your house or business and they try and contact you.

Does he have his shipping receipt with the tracking number on it?   There are ways to find it sometimes if you get a good agent at your local station.  More than likely they won't care.

I have tracked down peoples packages before, with a tracking number, when they were misrouted, knew where it was, but couldn't get anyone at the station where it was to go find it and get it going to the right place.  They figure it's not their fault and it will get there eventually.

Good luck.

Yeah they have a thing where they replace the value of the item if it's not delivered and they can't find it. $1000 coming my way. :)

I'm sure to even file a claim to get the process started you'll need the original tracking number. Sorry to rain on your parade.

I can probably get it from the guy who sent it, but he hasn't been on in 4 days.
