No. I check an e-mail account on that computer that I rarely use. This happened upon boot.
It's done it when I go to update. No biggie, they are just trying to quell the pirates.
My gaming computer was built about a year ago. Since leaving the game about 2 months ago I have used it very little. Every so often I fire it up to check it out and to check on an email account I have on it. Today when I fired it up I got a message saying Windows Genuine Advantage wanted to check my software to protect me from illegal copies. This surprised me since I have updated Windows XP often and have Automatic updates turned on. So what is this about?
