It is Japanese Arisaka but I'm not sure what exact model. Yet.

I own one of these.

Type 99, 7.7mm, Jap Infantry Rifle, including Aircraft Lead sights.

Hard to find ammo for. Norma has 20rnd boxes for $40. I did find that a couple companies make 7.7mm Jap from Reformed .308 rounds, but they don't work very well in the action.
