How about consulting with the Scenario crew to see what scenario plans they have in the works. Would be great if Busc and his group put together some great ideas for large-scale scenarios and HT and friends worked to flesh out the planes required to pull it off.

I gotta agree. It would be nice to have a full set for a scenario.

We are close to a full set for Europe or Africa 1942-1945. But we are still missing some vital planes like the Bf 110, Bf 410, Hurricane, Mosquito, Beaufighter, Mitchell, or a late war Spitfire.

We don't have enough planes to run ANYTHING in the Pacific or Russia.

And forget about any scenario anywhere before 1942.

I can't really blame them, because they (probably correctly) see the Main Arena as the way they will draw customers. And the planeset is pretty good for Main Arena play.

And if Natedog and Superfly continue to crank them out at such an excellent rate, I'm sure we'll have plenty of planes soon.

Hi, I'm new to Aces High and I still can't believe that HiTech and Pyro haven't modeled the P61B Black widow after more than 6 years of customers that have asked for it...I may quit before I even join!

Agreed! The new planes of v. 1.06 seem to add very little to the types of new scenarios that can be done. "Mighty 8th" scenarios will be more interesting with the TAs and Doras, "Try to Catch the Arado" will be new, and maybe an Italian theater w/ P51Bs and B26s vs. 190 A5s and Fs would be more accurate, but other than these I can't think of a single new type of scenario that the new additions would make possible.
