Not to mention the duration of it's service.  There is a reason they retired it after only 3 years. 

Love IT, but there were only 116 built, so we may never see it :(

Three years is actually pretty good for that few airframes during wartime.  Also, it was canceled due to the engines being problematic, not due to a flaw with the aircraft.
