Here's the Email

This is to officially inform you that we have verified your Contract/Inheritance file presently on our desk.We found out that you have not fulfilled the obligations giving to you in respect to your contract payment.
Secondly, you are hereby advised to stop dealing with some  non-officials in the bank as this is an illegal act and will have to stop if you so wish to receive your payment immediately.
After the Board of director's meeting held in Abuja,we have resolved in finding a solution to your problem. We have arranged your payment through our SWIFT PAYMENT CENTRE(UBA BANK).

Intardnet scams are teh funnay!

A buddy of mine signed me up on this personals ad for craigslist, just to spam my e-mail with crap, and hopefully (for him) get my girlfriend a little ticked at me. Well, when I got a bunch of replies, I read a few out of curiosity. And wouldn't you know two or three "different" people sent the same pick, or the same link to some site with photos... These internet scam people REALLY don't think before they type this crap do they?

The real kicker would be if it WERE to come from a Nigerian bank.

There was a video floating around which had the same theme....a banker get's shot by some sort of rebel and just manages to send the email.  The next scene is some young guy checking his email and saying "^%$&# spam" and deletes it.

One way to deal with spammers, if you want to deal with them, is to supply one of those phone numbers, the ones you get in other spam emails, that when you dial them costs thousands of dollars per minute
