You know they're simply going to hide in the VH after this feature is added?

Perhaps this, "problem" could be fixed if another
type spawn point were created.
Currently there's only
one type of spawn type for vehicles which wouldn't allow for what you're asking. Let me try to explain how it works. When placing vehicle spawn points, only the
initial (first) vehicle spawn point assigned to a base (Airfield, Vehicle Base, or Port) is set to spawn the tank in the assigned place every time (the exact spot where the spawn point is placed). Every other spawn point assigned to that same base will then be a, "random" spawn which spawns vehicles within a certain radius of the set spawn point. If, however, another type of spawn point were created or a new option be created which defines between
always spawning a vehicle in the exact same assigned spot or spawning it in the random radius, this option could easily become available.
