I would like to throw my two and a half cents in, if I may.  Our squadron uses Ventrilo on top of the game radios.  A nice feature that it has is you can control the volume on individual players.  I have the guys in my flight turned up significantly so, when they are talking they come in over everyone else.  A volume control would be great.

Oh the day we can squelch range and get rid of text buffer at the same time. If give up the want for more planes next update for that.
