Found this on the curb
« on: May 19, 2009, 06:22:38 PM »

Not one to go around picking up stuff but hey this is what I needed for my newly remodeled bedroom. Only thing wrong was one of the handles is missing a center piece, a small piece of veneer was loose (glued it back) and on the back side there a tiny chunk missing near the floor. What do ya think?

What's with the tv?  :huh
"Then out spake brave Horatius, the Captain of the gate:
To every man upon this earth, death cometh soon or late.
And how can man die better, than facing fearful odds.
For the ashes of his fathers and the temples of his Gods."

What's with the teddybear? :D

It's somewhat of a kinky complex relationship.  :rofl       Actually it's a golfing bear my kids gave to me. I'll take a closer pic in the a.m.

addendum:  Okay Okay, I'm on to you guys. Before any asks, that is a JVC VCR I bought in the late 1980s I believe. It has 3 reading heads. Still works but my kids took my one and only tape. Which was from "Dusk til Dawn".

What scent is the air freshener?  Is that a glass of OJ or a candle?  Why don't you have sheets on your matress?  Is that a venetian blind i see reflected in the cabinet glass?  What does the window overlook?  :D

 :rofl

What's the relevance of the mug in the cabinet?  Why haven't you made the beds yet?  BTW your lighthouse has fallen over, your windows are dirty and you need to sand down and repaint that white chest of drawers :D

Cool bear, does he have a name?  I think it should be Angus, he looks scottish.

Furball, :lol :lol :lol :lol on the widows. Ma said the same thing. I'll get to it. The lighthouse laying over is a night light. Needs plugged in somewhere. The mug is from the %#@^ employer that laid me off.  :rofl Still though nice mug. To the far left obscured by the reflection of the blinds is a tilted mug from Italy that my Daughter gave me.

The dresser is over 40 years old. I had it has a teenager and trust me ma didn't spend a lot of money on it. Still it has lasted through 3 kids and 2 paint jobs and it is still mostly square. It was freshly painted. I'm thinking doily or some type of cloth.

Will make beds tomorrow and post picture.

I follow the complex naming rules of Tarzan, I named the bear Golfing Bear.

Addendum: oops forgot, have new window coming. Ordered it Saturday.
