Wow I did not realize it was so bad for so many of you. I'm glad that on an extremely rare occasion that I may not be able to get in.... my squad thinks enough of me to change arenas. Guess some squads just don't care about their members these days.

That has happened exactly 0 times as I have never had a time when I could not get into any arena within a few minutes.

C'mon Shuffler.  "Guess some squads just don't care about their members these days."   Classic fanboy retort.

Why would you want your squaddies to have to come to a crap arena?

That's a great solution to have 5-10 of my buddies come to an arena w/ 40 in it.  Then we can go fight a country with 13 guys representing it and the ol timers can call us a horde.

Woot a toot.  I'm thrilled.

Also,  It's nice that the Orange arena with 150 gets shrunk down to 100.  That way neither arena gets too fun.

I never worry about getting into orange unless squadies are in there. In fact often time I'll go into blue even if orange isn't capped. I've never noticed any difference at all in blue. In fact sometimes I find better fights in blue than orange.

*Shrug* dont see what the big deal is - if I cant get into the arena my squaddies are in, I go into the other one. Then, when the cap increases, I try again. I dont generally have to wait long for either the cap to increase, or more of my squaddies signing in and joining me in the other arena.

I've had some fun fights waiting for the cap to increase, and in the end never bothered to join the other arena, as I'm having fun where I am.

just my o.o2p worth of wurzel logic,

When I see that, I just log.  I don't fly on the other server because I like to fly with certain groups on the one that is usually full.

I don't understand these two statements.  How do you know what is in the other arena if you just give up and sulk?

The arenas are what you make of them.  Apparently, the arena you can't get into, no matter what, is the better arena.  Has to be, right?  I mean, everybody else is there.  I must be teh 133t.

I will still contend that if a squad, on its squad nigh and expecting more players to join, picked the "crappy" arena, not only would later members be able to get in, it would also no longer be "crappy".

Try it.

Besides, if you're willing to just give up because you can't get into the arena you want then it's not really about the game, is it?

Typical of those that have little ability to discuss anything.... they fail to name calling. Glad I am a member of a squad with folks who all enjoy flying together. We never have that problem.
As for crap arena... most of the time blue is far better than orange.

....and then you'll be the 405th person to log in that night and you'll still be complaining you can't get into the arena. Also, how many do you think would log in when they could and just sit in the tower all day while they are at work to insure they have a spot that night?

No. the entire reason why I said 400 ands that 450 would be even better. Is that when eny is in that number range I find it to be the exception rather then the norm if its full.

How I get into Orange most nights is I log in. Orange is over capacity. So I log in and out of blue until orange isnt.
Its a PIA and I'd rather not have to go through that. But most of the time it works.

why dont I just stay in blue?
Because 99 times out of 100 there isnt anything remotely interesting going on.

Wow.  I mean...wow.

OTOH, there are also plenty of people who would rather not fly at all than be forced to fly some plane other than their favorite.  The game caters to all tastes.  Hey, it's your money.

I am and always have been against eny. But not for the same reasons as most people
Eny doesnt bother me for plane choices. I can have just as much fun in the 109F as I can in the 190 D-9
I just think there were better ways of dealing with ENY and the hordes

Where I fly does bother me, for the reasons I listed above.

Is it really a lack of skill that keeps me from having an opinion that counts?

 :aok

Any response about asking your squaddies to come fight againt 13 people?

Do you need to stick to a skillz argument to avoid the obvious answer?

Sometimes my second choice. More time then not though its "throw the cat in the pool" Always amused at a cats ability to try to run in 4 directions at once when they realize while airborn they are about to get very wet.

LOL how true.

The kitten the missus brought home a few weeks ago is cute and all but he is ALL OVER the place... like ontop of my turntable and other places a kitten has no business beeing . No idea how many plants and stuff have fallen over either. He is a little bugger for sure

Your lack of skill concerning having a discussion kind of negates your opinion. Once you lower yourself to name calling your opinion is usually ignored by many.

As for your comment on 13 people..... no idea where you get that number. Only time I have seen numbers that low is right after a reset.

Thin skin about the "fanboy" maybe?  That came after you made the assertion that some squads just don't care about their members.  I guess you jabbing an entire squad is fine though.

The reason I used 13 is because the picture I showed has an arena w/ 40 people in it.

3 countries 40 people = 13-14 on each side.

Is that really an arena that you are gonna call 5-10 squaddies over to?

I wouldn't, but they'd come over anyway.   :aok
