About once every other week, someone posts a complaint in one of the various forums about a Saitek (enter model name here:__________) stick losing calibration.

Uninstall all the drivers. And dont re install them. Serious. It will work. I promise. Got my entire squad to uninstall them because they had constant problems, and didnt have use of all the buttons. They uninstalled the software, and are problem free. I plugged my 52 in, when I bought it, and immediately went to aces high, never even took cd out of wrapper. Calibrate in AH, set i up in AH, bingo. Aces High recognizes it.

now find you a better excuse.

I don't have many calibration problems with my x52. I do have issues with the cord going into the throttle coming loose thus making the stick turn off (normally in the middle of a white-knuckle fight). And if your stick really lost calibration then the pileit who shot you down would have no claim to pwning you... :noid

Same here from time to time & if you have ord on board say good bye to it.

Other wise I have no issues I do find it is calibrated very nicely for Spit 1's when I am in the manned ack. :D

I stopped using mine because it would go off calibration every day.
Also I had to calibrate it everytime I started Aces high. It would spike horribly even when calibrated. I hear you need a powered USB hub for it... but right now I have a saitek cyborg X which .. surprisingly is very smooth and never goes off calibration. id use it with the x52 throttle but I forgot it in Sweden.

Ahhh I was about to ask that: >I love X52's throttle but get fed up with the X52 stick... Is that possible to use  the X52throttle with Cyborg FFB stick?

I have to recalibrate it every day. If I leave an arena, and enter a new one, I have to recalibrate again. Eventually Im going to have to buy a new one. I already have problems getting my rear views with hat 1, which sticks all the time.

As for exuses? I just stay off of 200. I dont give any and dont ask for any, nor do I care if somebody has one. Its really not that big a deal.

there is one more thing that will cause a joystick to act up among other things, It could be you PC's power supply not being strong enough to handle all that your asking of it.

powered hub is almost a must with all the USB stuff we stick on our machines. I have a 600 watt PS in my game machine and still use a powered hub.
