Need help on offline gameplay plz..

1)when i try to do offline practice mission i get these directions: heading ....; speed ...; climbrate ... and so on
how do i do this?

2) is there a way to save the state of an offline terrain after i quit the game?

No, there is no way to "save" a mission partly completed.

As to how, turn plane to that heading, climb to that altitude, airspeed and you will "jump" into the action.
If your unsure, follow the other planes.
