I'm pretty sure that's a video problem of some kind. Perhaps drivers issues with your new card? Conflicts with old drivers from previous card?

I agree with Krusty. Use a driver cleaning utility to remove any trace of NVidia drivers. Then use the CD that came with your video card to install the NVIDIA drivers. Afterward make sure you turn V(ertical)-sync to, "Force On."

Also, be sure to kill the "cache" folder in the game's installation folder.  You can safely remove the folder.  The game will create a new one.

I'm running 3 EVGA 9800GTX plus cards and have had the same issue when i over clocked my ram and i do preload the game textures in my system memory, so I'm wondering if it might be a memory issue if you are preloading your textures.  I've never had the texture bug show up with my ram at stock setting.  Just thought I'd throw that out there since we have the same cards and have had the same texture glitches.

Uhmm, if the problem shows up when you overclock the RAM, then do not overclock the RAM as it is causing data corruption, which is why you are getting errant textures from random locations in video RAM placed all over the place.

duh that's what i said maybe Shooters ram is acting up because i have had the same issue when overclocking my ram but not with the settings at stock.  I currently am having no texture issues, my ram is at stock settings. I was able to figure out on my own what was the cause of the texture glitches i was having, but seeing shooters screen shots and the remarkably similar texture glitches to the ones i had, i thought maybe someone should ask if he is preloading his textures in system memory, where even if he isn't over clocking his ram he might have a bad module that is causing this corruption.  I'm not an expert by any means but just because your in game graphics are glitching out doesn't necessarily always mean its the card.

no apology needed, i just wanted to share what happened to me with a similar glitch, seems for shooter though it was maybe a driver issue.
