Yes Problems with vista and this game. lol Well when I first uploaded AH it was fine for a whole night. But now I have been crashing within like 30 seconds to 5-10min of getting into an arena. And I have reinstalled the game many times. I have set the display settings to performance and stuff. I just feel like digging up my XP disc and going to it. heh But any solutions would be great. Oh and the clipboard likes to spin too.

Are you running AH with the compatibility set to windows 98? This is what it took to stop the clipboard spin thing for me. There a list of Vista tips thats very helpful in setting up this game. There is a section here in the tech. page and off the home page, then support, then help, then FAQ, under tech. support there are more tips.

This is pretty easy.

1) You will have to run the game in Windows 98/Windows ME compatibility mode due to the problem we run into with the AMD dual core CPU.

2) It appears your video card driver has either been removed or trashed. Either way, you have to re-install it.

Read #1 in this post.

You need to know what model and brand video card you have in order to re-install the video card drivers. It is a Dell computer. Go to Dell's support site and it should know what video card is installed, and they will also have the proper drivers for it.

You might be able to find the brand by going to start then all programs then accessories then system tools and click on system information. Once in there click on components and then display. You should see the video card info there.
