It would be nice to have adequate abilities to defend a base, including having the ability to repel enemy carrier groups, with a Shore Battery. Not all bases on the coast, (current maps ), have SB's, and the ones that do have SB's, not all have very feasible angles to fire at an invading force. Couple this with no PT's, just encourages the evil land grubbers more.
