109 markings & paintings...?
« on: February 13, 2000, 02:29:00 PM »
Question:
why were the markings of Erich Hartmann on the 109G6 removed? it looked great with that
"tulpenmuster" around the cowling.
btw, great work on other 109 "designs".
--109F4 is from Hans"Assi"Hahn, StabIII./JG2
  at CAEN, france. around 19.Nov'41.
--109G10 is from Franz Wienhusen, StabIV./JG4
  at Finsterwalde, germany. Nov'44
--190A8  is from Josef"Pips"Priller,   STAB/JG26, Rambouillet, france 6.june'44
only the personal markings/symbols of the pilots aren't displayed in AH.
btw, G6 was hartmann one's, but who's is it
now?
