And, other than the personal attack, I'm still not really getting your train of thought here.

AWwrgwy if you look through the thread you'll see multiple people who are whinying about what it would do to chat, that's what I'm talking about.

Glad we could sort that out.                 :salute

Wait, are you one of those loonies that think score matters?

Nope, I just want another ride in that Ar234. Dang that thing was fast! But then I crashed while landing it and hey, what do you know? I got to earn it again and if you got like 5 times the normal perks then I will earn it 5 times as fast.

The only other thing score is good for is taking over a tg and keeping some newb from destroying it and ruining your plan.

If anyone can see how it would HURT anything then tell me

I don't think it would hurt the game, although i'd rather see other things instead.  If people want to wait an hour to be picked up by a goon, only to be shot down again, then that's their choice.

But the fact remains that if you are on the ground, then you were shot down. You don't get to keep your perks, why, because you were already shot down.  The only difference in the score sheet statistics that i could see would be changing the captured to bailed.

There would also be a big jump in kill stats for everyone, because of all the goons flying around.

Boy you just have to love these Elvis sightings, with 15 posts in 2 days on the board, talking about how players are "whining" when they post their opinions, "or is it whinying"?

Which Elvis is this one yathink? :lol

WOW, your attacking me cause I spelled it wrong? WOW, I'm not saying everyone who posts an opinion is whining, I'm just saying that if you look back through all the posts you'll see many people whining about noobs crying for help.

Thank you Ace. Guys, it is not a big deal to listen to radio chatter. And you wouldn't have to wait for an hour or for a C47 to just happen to fly by. I seems you guys don't enirely read my posts  :o=you. I said they would have a flair gun, or would have an icon on the map or something; they would be visible within 1 map square, and would be more acurate the more you zoomed in. And wouldn't you enjoy more kills to earn perked fighers? I myself can fly either a bomber OR a figher.

AND none of you have showed that an administrator has said boo to this idea or have provided any way that this would harm or negativly impact play. Untill then, I shall disregard all posts saying flat out no, and consider my idea still a valid point and a good one at that.

Yes, and it also shows the either you are giving me the cold shoulder or can't find how it would hurt or negatively gameplay, or can't get an administrator to side with you.........or that you haven't even tried, I don't know wether it is from speculation that they won't or a lack of considered importance.

That is a big part of the game. And if I am tired of dodging fighters while picking up newbs then I can always up as a figher and advance my perk score there.

While we are on the topic of players getting shot down, I always thougt it would be funny if everytime someone was flying too low and got killed by his own bomb blast, it should say (lets say you just did this)

it could be in green for everybody to see and laugh at (the message, not the person).

Why would anyone wait to be picked up? Three quarters of the people flying these days are "gamers". They are from the WoW, COD, and such game systems. They are born and bred to "INSTANT ACTION". nobody is going to pretend to float around in a sea and wait for someone else....who might be bored with fighting to swing by in a slow plane to pick them up and fly slowly back to base so they can re-up.

While it might be "cool" to try it, it couldn't possibly be worth the time and effort ( 4 - 6 months) to add to the game. Remember HTC is a small company and they work very hard to keep it that way so that THEY retain control of the direction the game goes in.

Hence the forum name: "Wishlist"

There are a lot of score fruits out there that probably would wait..
