Hmm. Personally i think the limit on spending is a good thing but i understand why the big spenders are sulking.
Because it includes using standardised parts - which goes against the "ideals" of F1...the teams (FOTA) want to be able to determine their own budgets, have more say in the regs and continue with the open formula, but this also about commercial rights and forcing FIA/Eccelstone to give up the majority of the cash to the teams.
I fail to see how its possible for FIA to continue without Ferrari, Red Bull, Toro Rosso, McLaren, Toyota, Renault, Brawn GP, and BMW Sauber who will also take all the drivers with them
