If anyone likes Company of Heroes, then you should try out Men of War...

It's hard to describe, but it's a WWII RTS with semi-realistic armor handling (angle, penetration, ricochet, internal parts, etc)   that lets you crash into, smash through, and blow up any object in the game.

In some battles, you're controlling hundreds of guys in sheer insanity, and in others, you're using a few guys to play Grand Theft Panzer and infiltrate a base... yeah, every man, truck, tank, and plane has an inventory and you can steal anything not nailed down.

On top of that, the game has a direct control mode that lets you move units with the arrow keys and fire with the mouse!  It's awesome.  :devil

Here's a trailer that pretty much sums it up (it's for the last game, Faces of War, which is the same thing):

Combat Mission
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!
