you something like this?

The coffin of fallen U.N. soldier carried by United Nations Command honor guards during a repatriation ceremony at a US military base in Seoul, 24 June 2009. US and South Korean military authorities have been recovering the remains of UN forces soldiers killed during the Korean War of 1950-53

Well if we stop it, soups going to hit the fan.

We're not going to stop it because in order to stop and board it, we have to ask the NK's for permission as per the UN resolution.  All we can do is monitor the ship as it docks and unloads weapons for Burma.

I thought I heard in the news a couple weeks ago that the UN authorised that NK ships could be ordered and escorted to port and then be inspected.  We still can't board them at sea or inspect them at sea, and the UN didn't say what the cource of action would/should be if the NK ship disobeyed the order to be escorted into port.  I probabley missed any recent followup to that report though.

Unfortunately, like most UN resolutions it has very little teeth.  The resolution states that the inspecting party needs to have the permission from the NK government to board and inspect the NK ship suspected in transporting the 'illegal' weapons.  That's why we can only monitor the ship and any chance of Burma holding the ship for inspection is about as likely as Mensa scoring with a girl.
