Hey guys I logged into LW yesterday only to see that the rooks were not organized again, so I decided to go to MW and fly with a squaddie. When I got there I thought I wouldn't enjoy it b/c there weren't many ppl in the arena. Once I linked up with my squadmate we headed to where we thought the action was. I was in a Hurri2c I have never really flown that thing, but decided to take one being my squadmate was in one. We got over TT and engaged three p-51's and a p-38 which all had the alt advantage. I shot down one p-51 and I believe my squaddie got the 38. A lil bit into the fight my squaddie got shot down. I don't recall what happened to the other two p-51's. I rtb'd and that was the end of that sortie.
Me and my squaddie then upped two zekes and headed back over TT. My squaddie saw a low mossie and engaged it with help from another country man they shot it down. I stayed high to cover my squaddie's climb out. I observed a p-38 low on the deck when I dove on him and got a few hits, but he ran to his airfield so I broke off. While I was chasing the 38 my squaddie and the fellow country man engaged 2 spits and 1 190. I tried to make it back, but my buddies were killed. I was soon killed from it being 3vs1 but I am fine with that since I get a new plane. We then noticed I think the knights trying to take a v-base that our country just got. So my squaddie and I headed to the knight airfield to to try and get ord and the vh. I engaged a few cons to help a country man out while my squaddie made a fast pass on the vh. My squaddie had to make a second pass on it and was being trailed by a con so I broke off to go assist him. Squaddie got the vh down but went down hisself in the process. I noticed I had 5-6 cons chasing me. I was in a 38 and was trying to run but could not get away being a few of the cons had more alt on me and were diving in. I turned back towards the knight base to try and get ords. When I got close to the base a knight con upped and ho'ed me with 5 of his country man on my six. I guess he just wanted the kill or maybe he thought I had them surrounded I am not sure but it was a lame move. Anyways after I was shot down one of my countryman was able to get ord down at the knight base. Myself along with a few other countryman upped wirbles at the v-base the knights were trying to take and stopped them from taking it. I shot down 7 and killed a few troops that were running.
All and all I had a good time in the MW arena. I was only ho'ed once compared to the many times I am ho'ed in LW. So if you are looking for a good fight or want something new try MW out I had a blast and will be visiting it more often.
