That relates to, what, less than 20mph on the terrain?

Great tank to model.  Low profile, long barrelled 50mm decent anti tank weapon for its time or 75mm howitzer for town busting.  Not uber, but a decent ride.  Great tank for gaining perks, I'd wager.
