If you want to kill the taste (to a certain degree) then mix the powder with light chocolate flavored soy milk. Skip the choc. syrup, that stuff is undoing 1/2 of your work-out. also each lots of lean protiens, a can of salmon, tuna, or chicken will complement your post work-out shake. you can have a nice juicy (i.e. fat laden) steak 3-4 times a week if you really are working out heavily. don't slack-off on eating your veggies & fruits!
