LOL good point. Substitute 'Going to sleep before 24:00' for 'playing aceshigh till 05:00'. Not good for health, but hell its fun.

But seriously, be active, work physicaly everyay, or go swimming or something. You dont need those additive shakes. I spent my teenage years working like that and it set me up for life. Now I hardly do anything healthy but still got the body from 10 years ago. Building muscles in the gym will require you to go to the gym....forever!!
