I sure did get 2 in last 2 days.

First red beacon, than host connection lost.

Also, HTC site, as well as UBB board were unreachable for few minutes after the disco, while all other URLs worked fine.

Someone got awarded the kill too.

Yep, happened to me too

After dump I couldn't load this BBS or HTC homepages.
I'm switching to fastest ISP in Finland and I really hope I'll get rid of those red beacons.

Oh yes, someone had awarded of my kill few times too

I've been getting the boot w/o any change in the beacon color. I tend to believe it is net congestion gettin me.

Yes, during peak hours I have been dumped a time or two. It usually lasts for a short time, then I can get in and play just fine.

I got my first two discos ever two nights ago. I have lost host connection many times in the past, but this was the first time it showed as a disco, what is the difference?

Yes, it has just really started for me within the last week, with 2 today within 30 minutes of each other.

I've also experienced the same as the others w/regards to the HT site.

Don't know if this makes a difference at all...on cable modem here.

Yes have suffered numerous disco's. More so than usual. And yes, people have gotten freebie kills from it.
Seems to have started for me after 47 upgrade.

Have had two discos in the last two days, there were under 100players in the arena both times. I did a trace route (didnt save it) had 6 hops with the max hitting 200ms.

btw i was reported as a kill on the last one
no red beacon just a host disconnect message
(a squaddie on RW relayed that to me)
