Yep, a new scientific report finds that eating only vegies is bad for you. To be precise vegetarians were found to have weaker bones. And as we meat eaters all know they taste better to.
Perhaps they "taste better" no way to tell, and even if I could I wouldn't. However the following might shed some light, as it were , on the benefits of reducing/eliminating animal flesh from one's diet. "The cultures with the longest lifespans in the world are the Vicambas, who reside in the Andes of Ecuador, the Abkhasians, who live on the Black Sea in the former USSR, and the Hunzas who live in the Himalayas of Northern [Bharat.] [21] "MOre here> http://www.mnsu.edu/emuseum/cultural/oldworld/europe/abkhasians.html
http://www.nydailynews.com/lifestyle/health/2009/07/03/2009-07-03_vegetarian_diet_linked_to_weaker_bones.htmlI guess you thought i made it up so here's the article. It's the "yet to be determined" portion at the bottom that amuses me.My friend and i were eating lunch, he's a vegetarian and as i was starting to eat my steak he started in on me. You know that's bad for you, it's unhealthy, blah blah, you should eat only fruits and berries and become a vegetarian like me, it's healthier for you.Stabbing my steak onto my fork i shook it in his face! Oh really? Healthier for you? You know this cow used to be a vegetarian and it don't look to healthy to me now, but it's mighty tasty.
lol, PETA believes that milking a cow is cruel. Well, i guess they never took Agriculture in middle or high school, because the cows can get really sick if they are not milked every day.
Not that I'm pro PETA in any way but......a cow that has given birth, suckled it's young and then stopped naturally will be absolutely fine if not milked.A cow that's given birth, suckled it's young and then milked by machine every day for years afterwards will get really sick if the milking does not continue.Just for interested, did you take agriculture in school?
