So.  It wouldn't hurt me one bit to not ever have the B-29 in AH.  I would much rather have bombers from other nations ranging from EW-LW.

Its about time we had a B-29 thread, I am surprised it has been brought up so few times. ;)

I beleive HTC stated that the B-29 would take a lot of resources to make in game, and there was never any prejudice against including it at some point.

It would be, almost as a certainty, the standard B-29A, which was *not* capable of a nuclear loadout. Those being the B-29 "specials" (Silverplate) specifically modified to carry the Manhatten Project devices.

I wouldn't mind it in game at all, for SEA stuff, but I would like the Ki-45 "Dragon Slayer" as well with the 1945 armament options.

That is an acceptable point of view in my opinion.  Flawed, but acceptable.

 Nice screenshot from Il-2 with mods on, which has the B29 "Silverplate" (noseart for both Bock's Car and Enola Gay) modelled with both Fat Boy and Little Boy, so not a photshopped pic ;)
