Way cool videos Cap'n. Keep 'em coming!
I don't remember if you listed your tanks parameters or not.
Looks like maybe a standard 55, nice live rock.
Live sand?
How long has it been set up?
Does it have a sump?
What size pump?
Are the invertebrates ( other than Legs ) local to Florida waters?
Are you using sea water or salt mix?
TY, Good questions.
The Tank:
A 125 gal Tank that has a locking acrylic lid. The tank has a center overflow box that syphons into two foam pre-filters which then gravity feeds to a primary filter then it flows across bioballs into a 15 gal sump tank with a protein skimmer, then back up to the tank through a 1000 gal per hour pump and through two separate power heads.
The tank is about six months old.
The live rock is all from Fiji, and there is about 120 lbs of it.
the sand is live sand its a mix of white and pink 60 or 80 lbs i forgot.
I make my own water I used treated tap water, and "instant ocean" sea salt.
inverts are from all over so I'll break it down, the anemones are both from Australia. I have some locally caught hermit crabs and small cleaner crabs(if legs hasnt snaked on them all yet). the snails are just generic turbo snails they may be local I'm not sure. and the shrimp are from the gulf coast of Florida. There are two clambs that are both from Hawaii.

The little red guy is a Hawaiian Flame Hawk. he loves temping his fate with Legs, unfortunately it will be the end of him, as soon as she gets alittle bigger she will kill EVERTTHING in the tank. I'm in the process of setting up a second tank for the fish and keep Legs in her own tank.
