It was a nice plane.
Real handful to land, as the 'at rest' on the gear was past the stall AoA so you had to 'wheel land' it .. flaps down meant wheel landings where you could see over the nose fairly well and you needed a lot more throttle :)

FS9 bird .. and I did that when I was up in Denver years ago ..I think Felix may still have it over at his flight sim site.
You could prolly ask there.

I beleive Felix is affiliated with those guys :)

Nice work GE.  Curious, do you have any experience with V-ray?

Dont even know what V-ray is?

3dmax has been my software of choice since it came out .. 3dStudio before that.
Spent some time playin around with Maya and SoftImage .. -shrug- .. wasnt anything they did I couldnt do in Max.

-GE (and yes .. I animated the aliens face hugger thingy in Max for some promo stuff ..8 legs an all)

The 'Ryan ST-1' and 'Crazy Horse' both look very nice in FS2004.  I downloaded them both and tried 'em out, a handful to fly without trimming em some, but that is an easy fix.
Very nice job done on both of them.

Anyone with FS'04 should try em I say, fun and great looking planes.  Love the way the Mustang sounds in Tower fly-Bys.

V-ray is a rendering program for 3D modeling software.

Although 3dmax has that built in, so my questions are null :).

gotta make sure you have 'reflective textures' enabled in setup options for the chrome effect to come thru :)

I love flyin the Ryan .. researched a few months to find all the data I could on it, even had the Signal Pubs book on it.
I think I have the option for the supercharged Menasco .. almost overpowers the little plane compared to the standard motor that was in it.

With the blower motor it definitely go higher than FAA minimums for O2 :)

And the 'Stang .. sigh .. just looks awesome.
