Well, italians should not post here and reveal their tactics ...

Jokes apart, its very interesting to see how differently, in my opinion, you should drive the "Veltro".
Thanks GOD, there are other techniques than B&Z and T&B. I learned to E-fight with the 109F in WarBirds and here I use that style with the C.205V.
I enjoy using her like an E-fighter and we stress Hit&Climb techniques during our training sessions. The C.205 is reasonably fast and maneuverable at medium-high speeds and climbs quite well up to 16-18K. So, we use it like a 109G-6 with better turning characteristics.
We usually patrol at 20-24K (where we get high level speed with less RPM). We try to fight the way they did in the Real Thing. We really think that Hit&Climb is the best style for the C.205, but you must pay a lot of attention to compressibility. So no B&Z is allowed due to her bad maneuverability at very-high speeds (400mph+). Even if she keeps E quite well, a co-E merge with a Spitfire IX is often lethal for me, but I'm just an average pilot.
I try the Turn&Burn with Boom&Zoomers a/c and E-Fight with T&Bers (or with guys that do stick to that technique). I do not even know what sustained turns are, tho.
When I'm down on the deck ... well, at the very end I can even Turn&Burn with NIKI's and Spits but, you know, then the real dogfight is, IMHO, over.
