« on: July 19, 2009, 09:41:53 PM »
I know this is in the wrong forum, but since its not used in conjunction with AH I thought I would post it here. Feel free to move this topic. but I'm looking for a decently priced remote administrative software. Thanks in advance.

What version of windows are you using. You could use remote desktop, all you need is the IP of the puter your wanting to control. This obviously wont work with anything but windows mind.

What OS? for windows as stated use Remote desk top / Terminal Server in admin mode.
UNIX / LINUX all you need is telnet / ssh

i used to admin server boxes and used both realvnc and remote desktop.

i prefer realvnc as i found it a lot faster than remote desktop. remote desktop comes with windows and realvnc comes in a free version.
