Anyone who does it is a bottom feeder.

I have warned folks on opposing sides when ever I find out someone on their team is divulging info across channels.

vudak what does furballer have to do with it. You trying to split hairs? Everyone means everyone.

Sorry for the furballer comment.  I meant the last time around (as I recall) it was basically the base-taker's getting ticked about it, the furballers defending it.  Big mess of a thread as I recall.

That said, bottom feeder?  Phish.  With half the populace happy to drop their 8+ flight 10k to pile on a single low con, people willing to level everything of use on a base right before it's captured, and others willing to fold at the slightest sign of resistance, I will never, ever be convinced that a "spy" has even the remotest bit of influence on the swing of the MAs.  Far from a bottom feeder, they're an insignificant piece of algae floating near the surface.

unless said spies feed supplies to the incoming gv's, so they can remain in the fight when they're damaged. unless said spies report the position of our gv's in a battle, making it easier for the enemy to hit them. unless said spies delibretly position themselves in the line of fire, so as to make our gv's killshoot themselves.

nah......it was all still fun for me. i thought you were talkin about them all in general. i just waited till the vh came up, and we all went out, and ate up all the supplies.  :devil

i don't like the idea of hiding the cv's either.......but i also don't like when someone reports where they are.

but then again, i just wanna find fights. fun massive chaotic fights.  :D :aok

It's my fault:

1. I wasn't clear;
2. I often forget there are GV's in this game until one shoots me down; and
3. I have a healthy dose of "I wasn't there and don't know what I'm talking about, but decided to open my big fat mouth anyway" going on ;)

But, it's Tuesday and it's raining, so....  Well, yeah :D

I didn't get that impression at all, the fights were enjoyable and it gave me a good chance to tweak the gunsight I made for the B-25H.  I do find it rather silly that players like Nisr and osceola had to switch to Knits to report the CV locations and in some cases (like Nisr did with the Knit CV at A59) move the CV closer to the enemy base so it could be sunk easier.  That's just piss poor game play no matter how you look at it.

wait...  just to recap here...

JG54 had a squaddie change to knits to find out where a CV was hidden so they could sink it.  (dweeby)

Then made a post here lying about how it was done.  (even dweebier)  And commented that it was "the best night ever" for them.  (just so incredibly dumb I am almost in awe)

fine example of JG54 planning and execution.

i do agree with ya akak that is piss poor game play. but as for what was said about the rooks and bish planned attacks on the knits. you have to remember for over a year the knits just rolled the mid war arena like there was no one else there.and a lot of players just stopped going into mw. and as for the jg54 squad ok there ways of playing seem to be a little off the wall but they put the wind back into the arena and when there with the bish the rest of them get a chance of having a good time instead of getting there butts handed to them by the rooks and knights.me I'm glad jg54 is in the arena wish more good squads would come in from time to time. :salute

<---  Still of the opinion that taking a CV and hiding it is lame.  They provide some of the best fights.

Agree completely ... but switching sides to pass the info back is  ...  more lame.

Ahhh...so that is why Nisr switched to Knights.  Unfortunately, he wasn't too bright and started to call out the Knit CV position over country radio until we pointed that his Bish buddies can't hear his reports on Knit country channel.  Despite the tool that is Nisr, it was a fun night.

That is almost too funny to believe ... sadly ... I believe it.
