Yesterday I browsed trough some of my documents about MG FFM and MG 151/20 ammo and I noticed a round with marking "MX". It was clearly a derivate of "M" minengeschoss but about 50% longer. All this additional space was take up by explosives!
It appears as ordinary MF 151/20 round since the extra lenght is hidden inside the shell casing. This propably means that there is less space for propellant and less muzzle velocity.
Has anyone ever seen any mention of "MX" round?
