I see someone has a case of the 'sour grapes'.  I would first check to see if it your system that is having troubles running the update in low resolution.  For me, my frame rates went from the high 60's in the previous version to over 100fps with settings all set to high in the new version.  Sounds more like it could be your system rather than the update.

i wish anyone complaining about FR issues get muted for a week so i dont have to squelch em.

put EVERYTHING on minimum and you will be able to play fine.

Patch's are not stupid, they are inanimate objects, in their way no different than a hammer or a screwdriver.
Operators however quite often ARE stupid. As are many wishes.

797... relax.  Adjust your settings to minimum, turn everything off... and try again.  If your performance improves, start turning things back on again one at a time.   Once you find a good balance of detail and performance that you can live with, go with it.  Also... remember that updates are never perfect, no matter what game you are playing.  Developers can only take into account so many different types of systems and configurations when they are updating a game...  there are bound to be a few bugs on their end that may need to be worked out as well...  just be patient.

With that said... my update went fine, and I am running as good or better than I was before... so it's easy for me to say "be patient", when I can still play.

Seriously though... contact HTC and read the help forums for updates on fixes.  Complaining here because your PC  is having trouble running the new version isnt going to get you anywhere.

Download the patch and deselect the Detailed Terrain option and your frame rates should improve.

they'll work on it, if ur having framerate trouble go to Graphic Detail then click Advanced and turn off Detailed Terrain. And your framerates should be fine, i am having the same trouble too, but this version is improving the overall game.

This seems far off topic. Maybe move it to the KOS forums or something in a different venue. Maybe they have a slot over in the WOW forums?
