toggling objest self shadow in P51B

I noticed when I toggle this feature the outline of the control panel dissapears and I can see through it.

This 'Crappy' update is one of the biggest leaps forward HT has ever attempted. I say attempted very loosly, because it has been a big success. I think he will GAIN customers through this update which is ultimatly what his goal is. A lot of people here think this update is the best thing to come about since Swiss Cheese. I havent played the new version but I was there in Beta, and it rocked more that I can explain. Give it a chance and as has been said, instead of just complaining, post those bugs you found so they can be fixed. It can only be fixed if its reported.  :aok

ok, well now we're getting somewhere. Post your system specs and then we might see where the problem lies. Also bear in mind that HT has announced that a patch will be released in about an hour. You may want to hang on and see if its fixed in the patch

Codemant, please give us some information about your computer.  Your video card and it's memory, the amount of RAM on your computer, are you running XP or Vista?  Etc.
Giving us your dxdiag info will tell a lot.  It's more likely that you may find the solutions to what you're seeing in the Tech Support forum.

well, the thing is i'm running from a laptop and the last version didnt do this at all.
Intel Pentium dual-core processer T2370. 120 gb hdd. that's all i could come up with
oh yeah, 2gb ram, OS is Vista, 358mb video memory. and what is dxdiag?

Yes it will when you log into the game.

To help out, click start, then run. In the box that opens type in dxdiag then hit enter. This will run the DX diagnostics. When its done...takes a couple of minutes, click the save as button in the bottom of the windows and save it to your desktop. Open the dxdiag.txt file on your desktop and copy and paste the first third of it here.

This report will help other HELP YOU figure out how to get the game to run on your computer.
