FR readings and memory readings

After the latest patrch in Beta my  FR was 59 to 60 strong  and VidMem was 794.4M Used 180.2

Now   the new release FR is still 59 to 60 But!  VidMeM is 521K 4019.6 Used???  Is this correct?
My framerate is solid maxed at 59 to 60?

Video memory should show the correct amount available.  There are still some issues with the amount used that can cause incorrect numbers there.



This was one of the fixes on the July 24th patch. Don't know if that's it or not.
