All the flights are set to 100% fuel now. The zip file at the server has been replaced.

I tested all the escort flights. I couldn't catch the 163s except with a lucky HO.  The 262s are sluggish and pretty easy to take out.

The mission is really designed to be flown from the German perspective.  The reason there are two versions is because with the escorts, the 262s and 163s tend to take the fight down to the deck and forget about intercepting the buffs.  There's a fair chance of downing all the buffs when the other interceptors help.

Here's how the two versions are set up:

Version One:

   4 sets of 2 B-24s
   4 sets of 2 B-17s         vs    2 sets of 2 163s
   2 sets of 2 P-51s                2 sets of 2 262s
   2 sets of 2 P-47s

Version Two:

   4 sets of 2 B-24s         vs    2 sets of 3 163s  (flight of 2 plus a solo flight on the same route, offset)
   4 sets of 2 B-17s                2 sets of 3 262s  (flight of 2 plus a solo flight on the same route, offset)

Just wanted u to know how very much I appreciate ur fixing the problems I mentioned, I d/l the newer version (corrected) & have been enjoying the game since w/o any problems.

The fighter escorts (p47s & p51s) are just great, The German fighters likewise, am
beginning to UP my scores in shooting down the jets, doing better in the P51Ds than the 47s   , but then my favorite rides are the P38s & the 51s
