How does the 163 fly now in comparison to before?

What does this mean?

I like the subtle sexual innuendo used here

 if your flying at 35K with 17s and you drop bombs on a field, you tower and then spawn in an attack fighter and just sit and wait, you get the points in the attack category. This means that when you tower, your bombs dont exist

From what I have read you are partially correct....

The issue in bold wont be stopped by this....nothing will change as long as they dont start flight right away.

the ack is beautiful now, looks very realistic, like they actual have to reload

Raptor - the weapons being destroyed when you are no longer in-flight is referring to troops being dropped, the player towering out, then upping in another mode (attack,, bomber or vehicle depending on how the set of troops were dropped) as to help their score. great fix 

For the first time ever i didn't mind flying through a puffy ack barrage. It was pretty dang cool!

If it counts to bombs as well, then im not sure its working correctly. Today I was attack a CV of A40 in LWO. I dropped my bombs in a SBD Dauntless but was then shot down. Whilst I was still in tower I got the message 'Auto gun Destroyed'. If what you say is right Flippark, then I think HT may need to look at it again

Read again, they are destroyed when you take off, not when you sit in tower.

The update breathes some new life into the game.  There will be as many 'eureka' moments as there are 'oh crap' moments.  

I feel for the guys struggling with frame rates.  Don't panic.  If not you, then someone will figure out some optimum settings.
