OK getting there, the only real problem I think I have now is background processes, does anyone know of a free downloadable game optimizer for vista and if so could you please post a link. Thanks in advance

Download it, Click on Modules, System Tools and then Process Manager.    This beats CCleaner.   The 1-Click Maintenance is the biggest feature I use. 

But this dabbles in many areas and is a very adept program.   Best of all, the Free Version is great.
