High res

I have tried to install the high res pack. Prior to this I had downloaded the game, gone online, played about to ensure it was functioning correctly (it is....was). When I try log in now the high res pack starts to load up but stops after about 10 sec and comes up with a note " problem occured while retrieving Ahiiterr/sfma.res.

So after a few attempts to get going I decide to heck with and remove (well thought I did) the High res pack. This however doesn't seem to bee the case as it continues to try and install. I have removed the game and reloaded and still the same thing. I run with XP sp2.

Any body know how 1) fix this or 2) totally remove the High res

nevermind, seems it needed the new patch...If anybodyelse has a problem with it loading, I found I had to load up into the DA and then exit...which then allowed the update to work and in turn allow the high res to load

downloaded hi re pack, when start game it says its loading pack but it does not
