Actually the tall tail fin on the F4F makes me suspect its an FM-2.

Now, if you're really good, name each model of the planes barely showing at the bottom of the pic  :D . I have seen all of those types here in the US except those F3F replicas. I would love to see one of those flying over here (In the midwest US).

I'll try to be real specific.

F3F-3 (which I believe is a replica)
TBM-3 (Eastern Aircraft)
F8F-2 (note the tall rudder ass'y)
FM-2 (Eastern Aircraft)
F7F-4N (based upon the tall rudderand aft cockpit)
F6F-5 (Based upon the fact that the vast majority of surplused Hellcats were of the later -5 model.

My regards,

Widewing

Yes, he musta meant Grumman designed, and not necessarily Grumman built.

Sundog,

4 Spitfires.

The left two ar MkI, MkII or MkV as they have 3 bladed props.

The right two are MkVIII, MkIX, MkIX, MkXII or MkXVI as they have 4 bladed props.

They are not visible enough to ID them any better.

I dunno, i just thought u might like the picture  :)  being its from a UK airshow too you might not have seen em   :)

Not sure if any are replicas as Duxford is quite a large restoring company, if you checked out the website they are quite thorough and have a large collection of planes.  My fav museum in the UK and has great airshows.
